So you have to work through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I broke the Trauma Bond &#8211; Yea me! &#8211; that is not all, now I have to &#8220;cleans&#8221; from the emotional baggage that is left over. This video is about that, and LISTEN to it please, its how you have to heal from this and it is the only known way to do it.
