She either refused the mailing today, or has moved and not told the court – that puts her in violation of a court order and TRCP. This means that anything I move for before the court now will be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is about making that life insurance policy go away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And now it will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She violated the TRCP \/ Discovery by not telling the truth about who planned to murder me – that is material, so the court will grant the appeal and order the life insurance canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IF she shows up I will tell the court she cannot tell the truth because of her mental problems, quote the police report, and have her evaluated with the video from the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IE: she can’t fool them – she will be locked up and the life insurance goes away<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The only way this all goes away at this point is that she cancels the life insurance policy before the 19th of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
