The original reason for the appeals was to make the insurance policy go away, and that is clearly stated in the appeal paperwork. Since she surrendered the insurance policy I filed a motion to dismiss the appeal, and the court was not going to grant it at first. I filed the certificate of conference and stated that she refuses to contact me as required by law, and I did all I could do – it was up to the court, so they granted the dismissal of the appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nothing special about that as I was the movant on the appeal to start with. The reason I’ve done nothing or said nothing is to allow the time for that objection to expire – and it has.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The mental health warrant against her is still on file and pending, however until the appeal dates expired (see above) I could not do anything about them. Now that this time has passed I can, and will now move on that. (Also for the contempt of court).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its 50\/50 about getting her put away, but, as long as it is on record is what matters – because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve got most of the paperwork done for that and wanted to wait until after the mental health warrant (hearing) before I really pushed it. So I expect to file that next month or so, it depends on when the court will set the mental health hearing. I’m also not sure if the police that investigated her plot to murder me have to show up in person or not; so a few things still in the air about that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
