I’ve kept my mouth shut about this because I knew she would screw it up. (and didn’t want her to know this was coming)
On 8/28/23 I filed criminal charges against Tara McFadden for attempted Murder – offense report 23-0808061 – police report #23.1510.
Police found evidence that she is a “Sociopath, Narcissist, and Schizophrenia” (that was their mental health people who made the determination, not me) and “that she is a danger to herself and others” and suggested a “mental health warrant be issued.” The DA refused to indict because of time issues (the case is weak because so much time has passed)
I filed an appeal in the divorce right after that, and sent her a copy as required by the court; along with the notice to retract slander, etc.
She either refused the mailing today, or has moved and not told the court – that puts her in violation of a court order and TRCP. This means that anything I move for before the court now will be granted.
This is about making that life insurance policy go away.
And now it will.
She violated the TRCP / Discovery by not telling the truth about who planned to murder me – that is material, so the court will grant the appeal and order the life insurance canceled.
IF she shows up I will tell the court she cannot tell the truth because of her mental problems, quote the police report, and have her evaluated with the video from the website.
IE: she can’t fool them – she will be locked up and the life insurance goes away
The only way this all goes away at this point is that she cancels the life insurance policy before the 19th of the month.
All you little snoops can tell her this. You laughed at doing me wrong, rubbed my nose in it even – okay – shouldn’t have let you do that to me.
I won’t however let you drain the last drop from my corpse.
The life insurance goes away, and if you fuck around I send you to the mental ward for life.
Look forward to seeing you on the stand…. and thinking about the years you will spend in a rubber room / or / the insurance you will get on your new guy and then kill him for cash (instead of me)..
