Life Insurance canceled, a day too late…

SO…. The ex-wife (Tara McFadden) partially complied with the demand notices and court filings.

I told her through e-mail and registered mail last week of the timeline and dates for doing this, since she moved and didn’t tell the court (violating Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) I made the court aware as well. The appeal on the divorce was about the insurance policy, and the demand letter about the online slander – clearly stated non-negotiable.

So on the 18th I filed all the paperwork, including a “Mental Health Warrant” to have her committed. Just like I said I would do, she stated “you will have a timely reply” – I never got a reply. On the 19th she went down and canceled the life insurance policy, and that was part of it – but she didn’t comply with the rest. Narcissists never follow the rules, they are always looking for a way out, or around and it helps their “victim” status when they fail.

So Monday I will retract the divorce appeal, but, that does not stop all the other stuff that is already filed and running. She has not provided proof of a full retraction as required under Texas Law (slander), she has NOT signed the titles over as required by the divorce decree – so she is still in contempt of court, the mental health warrant is still there (and out of my hands now). And, the court is aware she has refused to update her address as required by law. SO – Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 106 now allows me to post the NOTICE OF SUIT to any social media platform; and that means I can post it to Facebook and it is considered served, more-so since she gave her permission to do that in the divorce and I emailed it to her.

Guess she should have paid all those facebook lawyers of hers more money than she did. /shrug – not my problem.

So, part of the battle won and kind of funny how this gets worse and worse the more that she fucks off.
